[GRRiders] just finished 600k

I have been a yes on the start list for several months.but my local 600 jsut finished yeserday.i want to overnight my application today .Bill had previously staed to me that I would not be penalises for my late entry due to my series schedule.But a rider on my 600k told me sat that had to re submit a yes and might not get on.Where are things at?
