[GRRiders] Questions concerning drop bags

These may sound like dumb questions, but ...

First off, the rider packet info suggests a duffel bag
of 12" x 24" dimensions, and excludes paper or plastic
bags as drop bags. Will backpacks fit the bill here?
They can close, and will have something put a tag
on and be picked up by.

Also, can drop bags sent to one location be sent to another 
location later? For example, if I had a drop bag sent to Adin
for the outbound leg, could I send *that* bag to Susanville
for later?
