[GRRiders] Clothing and weather

Mountain weather is not terribly predictable, hence the caution advised. 
Last time we conducted the GRR the weather mostly pleasant, although the
headwinds, rain, and hailstorms helped prevent us from getting too bored.

I'm a big believer in plastic trash bags for emergency warmth.  Should
wearing a Hefty bag seem unappealing, try to think of it as a vapor
barrier liner, thereby putting yourself near the forefront of
thermodynamic clothing technology.
