I scanned each que sheet to a JPG file. Then I loaded each one into Adobe
Photoshop where I cropped off the km column (who needs a km reference in the
USA? :-) ) and a few other unwanted bits of info. After doing a little cut
and pasting I streteched each cropped que sheet section to a 6x6.5 inch size
that fits my map holder exactly. The result is larger text that I can easily
read in the middle of the night. I had them laminated at OfficeMax ($1 per
sheet).

I also tried OCR software in the scan process and pasting it into Word for
editing and enlarging. Although it worked it seemed like it would take a bit
longer and the Photoshop method was easy.
