[GRRiders] getting to start from SF with bike

Details, details...

Christine, Bruce is absolutely correct on all these
points. I didn't think about non-public
transportation, such as the Airporter. One
consideration -- again, depending on where you're
staying on Sunday evening -- is to take the Airporter
to the Amtrak station in Emeryville. That station is
MUCH nicer and safer than the Richmond one, and it
probably would be a bit cheaper to arrive there via
Airporter than to travel to Richmond BART station via
BART. Just a thought.
