[GRRiders] Time limits/location for 1000k finish on GRR

You¹ve got it covered well, Daryn. When the 1000k is done, the rider can
then start his/her 200k at that moment, or take a little rest at Tobin
first. Just be sure to work backwards from 88.5 total GRR hours, though, in
order to get the full 13.5 hours for the 200k. One wouldn¹t want to leave
after that since this will be a sloooooow 200k.   ;-)
