[GRRiders] Parking during the ride

We, the organizers, are finding places for parking during the event.
There are numerous places around town where you can park with varying 
degrees of risk, some zero and some not.

The only certainty at this time is that there is NO parking at the 
Start/Finish.  Start/Finish will more than likely be the same as the Start 
was in 2001, which is at the North end of town at the corner of Anderson 
and F Streets.

We will publish a list of places to park and enclose the list in the rider 
packets.  All places in Davis will be under 20 minutes ride.
