[GRRiders] Correct Date and Day for GRR Start

Hi Glenn--
I suspect there is some 2001 material being recycled when the Monday, 7/9
date is shown on current GRR materials.

The GRR date for 2005 is Tuesday, 7/19‹ with a nice full moon on Thursday,
the 21st for some good night riding.    :-)
